Keto Meatloaf Cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Dash of parmesan cheese (optional top coating)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients, but cheese, in a bowl.   
  2. Place mixture into oven dish, sprayed, and form into meatloaf shape. 
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 325 F.
  4. Serve
